We focus on doing a few things really well—so you can actually stick with it.

We build simple, effective strength and conditioning programs designed for real life—not burnout. Training includes strength, gymnastics-style bodyweight work, cardiovascular conditioning, and injury prevention through mobility and stability.
🤝 Built-In Community
You don’t train alone. Members train alongside a local community through group runs, training meetups, and shared accountability—without the pressure of daily classes or a gym schedule.
🌀 Consistency Over Intensity
Our programs are designed to fit into your week and evolve over time. Clear structure, flexible schedules, and ongoing support help you stay consistent—week after week, not just motivated for a month.

✅ You like training alongside others, even if most workouts are done on your own

❌ You want drop-in classes into random fitness classes
❌ You’re looking for extreme intensity or quick-fix transformations (P.S. - that doesn’t work)
❌ You don’t want accountability or community involvement
❌ You prefer to figure everything out on your own

Program Overview
All programs follow the same principles and include access to the community.
Foundations
Build the base. Learn the system.
Foundations is a 6-week onboarding program beginners or anyone returning to training. You'll build baseline strength, conditioning, and movement quality while learning how to train safely and consistently.
4 days per week
Strength, conditioning, and mobility
Clear structure and simple progressions
Transition into the Performance program after completing Foundations.
Performance
Train with purpose. Stay in it long-term.
Performance is the ongoing training program for North Shore Performance members. It's built for adults who want to continue improving strength, conditioning, and running without burning out.
5 training days per week
Balanced strength, conditioning, and running
Long-term progression and structure
Join the team! Improve your overall health and performance alongside a community of like minded individuals. Train at your own gym and still be part of the community.
Ongoing program
All programs include access to the North Shore Performance community, where members can ask questions, get support from the NSP team, and stay accountable.
Run club
Weekly community run
Our weekly run is open to anyone looking to move, connect, and build consistency. Just show up and run with the group.
